Landscaping Careers In New Jersey
Join A Growing Team That Takes The Work Seriously
Cut-Works Landscaping is growing, and the team is growing with it. The company serves property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial properties across Central New Jersey, and it's looking for people who want responsibility, room to grow, and a professional team behind them.
More Than Another Landscaping Crew
Plenty of landscaping jobs mean showing up, cutting grass, and going home with no plan for what comes next. Cut-Works Landscaping works differently.
The company runs on systems, communication, and accountability, and it's adding people in sales, estimating, project management, and field leadership as it takes on larger commercial work.
Working at Cut-Works Landscaping means:
Clear Expectations Every Day
Work details, timestamps, and site notes are logged, so everyone knows what was done and what comes next.
Support In The Field
Your production manager stops in during the day and shifts people where they're needed to keep jobs on track.
Experienced Teammates
You'll work alongside trained team members who know the equipment and have years in the industry.
Safety As A Standard
Safe work practices come first on every property, for the crew and for everyone on site.
Bigger Properties, More Variety
HOA communities, apartment complexes, commercial sites, and high-end residential projects keep the work interesting.
Room To Grow
As the company adds commercial contracts, it's creating new roles and more leadership opportunities.

-
With Cut-Works Landscaping, residential design/build projects begin with an on-site consultation, move into design meetings and revisions, and go to construction once the plan is approved. The goal is to settle every major decision before the first paver is set.
-
A site map and specs are the most helpful starting point. From there, a site walk lets our team see the property's pain points in person before pricing the work and submitting a proposal.
-
For larger design/build projects, the time from first contact to an approved design is typically about three weeks to a month. That window allows for multiple meetings and revisions, so the plan is right before construction is scheduled.
-
Each day, crew progress is reviewed before lunch, and any job at risk of running late gets a plan for the afternoon. Crew members can be moved from jobs that are ahead to jobs that need help, which keeps work on time and on budget.
-
Crews log work details, timestamps, and notes on every visit. That documentation is shared with you at billing, so you have a record of the service your property received.
